Among the stamps is the series that appeared in 1923, where the collection of 12 stamps, which includes eight different designs, depicts scenes and images from ancient, modern and contemporary history.

One of the most prominent and most important stamps is the one on which a picture of the King of Iraq, Faisal I, appears, and its price value was one rupee, and it was issued in 1921, followed by the issuance of a series of 13 different price values, in the year 1931, and it is considered one of the most expensive Iraqi stamps, as The King Ghazi I stamp, which was issued in 1934, is one of the important stamps, and is also considered one of the most expensive Iraqi stamps. King Ghazi I issued 18 stamps.

There is also in the pavilion, a postage stamp dating back to the period of the founder of the Iraqi Republic, President Abdul Karim Qasim, which was issued in 1960. The number of stamps issued by President Abdul Karim Qasim was 26, and it is also one of the most expensive Iraqi stamps.

The origin of the beginning of the emergence and presence of mail in Iraq goes back to the Ottoman era, and in the year 1868 Britain opened two post offices in Iraq, and interest in modern mail began after the issuance of the Ottoman postal system in the year 1869, and it began to develop in terms of transportation, management and treatment, and the authorities in Iraq began to establish post offices It established many postal departments and modern postal lines, and the Iraqi Postal Law was enacted in the year 1930.
