Expo Occupational Health and Occupational Medicine seeks to teach the population the answers to these questions. The activity wants to create a culture of prevention, safety and health that is lived in the day to day of people, their families, neighborhoods, study centers and workplaces.
It will take place on April 15 and 16, at the Costa Rica Convention Center (on the General Cañas Highway), from 9 am to 6 pm It is open to the public and completely free.

We want to call attention to the need to learn to identify the risks that can cause injuries, affect health, lose our property and even cause death. The Occupational Health Council, the State Distance University (UNED), the National Learning Institute (INA), the Clodomiro Picado Institute will participate; companies such as Punto Seguro (proper disposal of medicines), as well as providers of personal protective equipment, ergonomics and occupational medicine clinics.
In addition, experts from Mexico, Colombia, Panama and Spain will participate and student delegations from Puntarenas, Siquirres and Valle de la Estrella will attend.
