The service launched by CEOS Technology is intended to facilitate the delivery of parcels for individuals, e-merchants and large companies. Thanks to a national network of lockers installed in high-traffic areas, it is now possible to drop off and collect parcels 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
(Cio Mag) – CEOS Technology, a subsidiary of the La Voie Express group, manufactures and operates automatic lockers operating with entirely Moroccan hardware technology. Through the launch of its new “Express Relais” service, the company is betting on innovation in the last-mile delivery segment.
By creating an account on the web platform or via the mobile application, customers have direct access to reservation and payment services. The openings and closings of lockers are authorized by single-use codes. Once the reservation has been made, the sender receives a code which he uses to deposit the parcel in the departure locker. The recipient in turn receives a code to collect the package from an arrival locker or from a defined address. Companies with a suitable information system (large accounts) can interface directly with Express Relais, and offer their customers delivery to the deposit box, directly on their commercial platforms.
Currently, around thirty lockers are operational in the cities of Casablanca, Rabat, Mohammedia, Tangier and Marrakech. The company intends to extend its national network to more than 1,000 machines over the next 5 years.
Since 2018, CEOS Technology has positioned itself as a creator of technological solutions in the logistics and distribution businesses. With its own R&D center, the company designs automatic lockers operating with entirely Moroccan material technology.
