Austrian GP alternately on ORF and ServusTV

Vienna (OTS) Good news for all ORF motorsport fans:
Rights holder ServusTV and ORF will cooperate for three more years with the start of the new rights period from 2024 and present the premier class of motorsport live on Austrian free TV. Up to and including 2026, half of the races per season will be shown live on ORF and ServusTV; the selection will be made before the start of the season. In addition to the live rights, the license package includes detailed highlight summaries as well as online and mobile rights.

In the future, the Austrian Grand Prix will be broadcast alternately by both channels. ServusTV and ORF decided to do this in the interests of efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This also included the 2023 season, in which ORF broadcast the race. ServusTV will then broadcast in 2024, ORF in 2025 and ServusTV again in 2026.
