Banwa: significant damage recorded in a terrorist attack in Kouka
Ouagadougou, (AIB) – Unidentified armed men carried out attacks in Kouka, regarding 40 km from Solenzo, destroying a certain number of infrastructures.
The latest information shows destruction at the level of the police station, the gendarmerie, the town hall and the prefecture.
The machines of the company TSR GTI, in charge of the asphalting works, were set on fire.
The trucks of the company in charge of water supply works in ten villages, as well as the pipes, were also affected.
According to our sources, the assailants arrived around 8 p.m. aboard a transport vehicle commonly called “Dina” and crossed Solenzo to go to Kouka.
