Meteorologist Abdul Aziz Al Hussaini said that this year is the ninth extreme cold since the beginning of winter. Over the past two days, many provinces of the country have experienced extreme cold.
The capital, Riyadh, experienced a mild winter last week. But yesterday, the temperature dropped to 19 degrees Celsius during the day and 14 degrees Celsius at night. The Meteorological Center has also stated that cold winds will be felt till Monday.

Tabuk, Al Jouf and Hail in the Northern Province experience the most winter in the country. Officials also informed that due to snowfall in these places, the temperature may drop to minus one degree Celsius.
