– Refresh frequently: avoid going out during the central hours of the day, between 12 and 18 hours.

– Clothes and accessories: Wear light, loose-fitting, light-colored clothing, hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

– Help people who may be at higher risk from suffering the effects of heat, such as children, people with disabilities and the elderly.
