A few days before his death, “Fuchsia” held a meeting with the late artist Fadi Ibrahim while he was in a Beirut hospital, to be treated for complications that had recently occurred with him, as a result of his suffering for months from diabetes and dialysis, which led to the amputation of his leg and two fingers on his right hand.

During his last speech, Fadi Ibrahim had expressed his hope to overcome his health crisis and return again to the artistic scene by participating in a dramatic work that does not require him to move all his limbs, and commented: “One of the Lebanese production companies contacted me regarding this matter.”
Ibrahim expected to remain in the hospital until his health condition improved, noting that he was supposed to undergo physical therapy after installing artificial limbs.
He explained that he spent his free time in the hospital having fun with his close friends who were keen to visit him regularly, in addition to being busy with some special games that helped him refresh his memory. He also read some important books far from politics.
Ibrahim revealed that actors Ahmed El-Zein and Abdel Majeed Majzoub had constantly communicated with him and provided him with moral support to help him overcome his health crisis.
Fadi Ibrahim commented on the rumors about the deterioration of his health and his death, saying: “I do not read this news, I am away from social media. “I don’t like gossip.”
This morning, Monday, February 26, 2024, Ibrahim’s death was announced at the age of 67 after a struggle with illness.
