A whole controversy has been generated in the last hours through social networks, after the winning cyclist of the Tour De France, Egan Bernal, will leave a message on his Twitter account where he mentions that his vote will be for the presidential candidate of the ‘Team for Colombia’ Federico Gutierrez.
With a thread on this digital platform, Bernal explained the reasons that led him to make this momentous decision, making it clear that, for him, theor more fundamental is that “hate ends” and there is a unity as a country.

But what most caught the attention of this case is that the Twitter user identified as @diegoalejocm, put the name of the Top scorer of the Colombian National Team and at his side a small star that makes it seem as if it were the verified account of the samarium soccer player, who also accompanies a photo of the ‘tiger’. For this reason, many citizens alluded to the fact that the player with a past at Atlético de Madrid had also faced politics, just like his fellow athlete.
