Faker is infected, T1 confirms that 5 members of “League of Legends” are diagnosed | 4Gamers

T1 announced through its official Twitter earlier that members of its “League of Legends” LCK team Zeus, Oner, Faker, Kreia, and Moment have been diagnosed and have been treated, and other non-infected members have also been quarantined.

During the spring finals on the 2nd, T1 defeated Gen.G and won the 10th “League of Legends” LCK League Champions Cup, but did not expect that within 24 hours of the joyful news, it was reported that the players were infected. Looking forward to recovering as soon as possible and returning to the battlefield.

We want to let fans know that Zeus, Oner, Faker, Kreia, and Moment of the T1 League of Legends LCK team tested positive for COVID-19 today, despite Gumayusi, Asper, Bengi (coach), Polt (manager) testing negative, but we’ll make sure they’re okay.

They will be quarantined until April 9 in compliance with government quarantine norms and receive treatment in the team’s dormitory. We will ensure that the players have rest and sufficient supplies during this time to recover as soon as possible.

In addition, we will ensure that T1 headquarters and facilities are thoroughly sanitized.

Once again, we apologise for the concern our fans have caused and will do our best to ensure our players can recover as quickly as possible.

We ask for your support and encouragement during this time.

thanks.
