Amazon’s Fallout series is set to launch next April, but even though it’s still a few months away, we’ve already got our first look at the show. Previously, we reported on the first photo to appear in Vanity Fair , but now we’ve got more from Todd Howard himself. Howard, who is an executive producer on the show, talked about how the showrunners captured the spirit of the game. “We had a lot of conversations about the style of humor, the level of violence, the style of violence,” he said. “Listen, Fallout can be very dramatic and dark and post-apocalyptic, but you need to weave in a little bit of a wink… I think they threaded the needle in a TV show really well. For game fans, Fallout The show will even have some new lore to dig into. In particular, Vault Boy’s portrait has its own backstory. “It’s something they came up with that’s really smart,” Howard told Vanity Fair. “We think there’s something in the show that What happened was a classic,” he continued. “It’s great when someone else sees your work and then translates it in some way.
