False veterinary doctor arrested who operated pets illegally

A false veterinary doctor identified as Henry Suárez Hidalgo, who was required by the Public Ministry, was arrested to be charged, the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported this Sunday.

Through Twitter, he specified that the citizen performed surgical interventions, causing “irreversible physical damage to the pets, even leading to death.

He indicated that he will be charged with illegal practice of veterinary medicine, usurpation of functions, damage to another’s animal and animal abuse. He had an arrest warrant.
