Thiruvalla: A youth who tried to escape following cutting his brother following a family dispute died of shock. Santhosh (43) died at his home in Peringarachira, Thiruvalla. Santhosh was attacked by his brother Sajeev (39).
After cutting Santosh, Sajeev escaped by jumping over the wall of the panchayat office near the incident site. Due to heavy rain, there was water in and around the Panchayat office. Santosh’s body was lying in the water.
The preliminary conclusion is that the reason for Sajeev’s shock may be that he hit the earth wire placed next to the wall. Sajeev is undergoing treatment at Kottayam Medical College Hospital with head injuries.
