Fanb destroyed camp used for drug trafficking in Sucre

Members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (Fanb) destroyed, in the state of Sucre, a camp allegedly used for drug trafficking. A boat was also seized during the operation.

The Strategic Operational Command of the Venezuelan Armed Forces (Ceofanb), Domingo Hernández Lárez, reported that the finding was the result of the “Cayaurima operation”, deployed in four states of the country since June 10.

“In the exercise of our national sovereignty, Fanb (Bolivarian National Armed Forces) destroys the tancol camp and recovers a peñero-type vessel of approximately 30 meters in length in the Arismendi municipality of Sucre state,” Ceofanb detailed.
