FANB rejects alleged actions to harm the country’s services

The Minister of Defense, Vladimir Godfather Lopezstated that the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) rejects the opposition’s actions regarding an alleged plan headed together with Colombian paramilitary groups.

According to the Minister of Defense through his account on X, the irregular group called “Self-Defense Forces of the Sierra Nevada” would be involved in an alleged plan to sabotage the country’s basic services.

“It is not at all strange that this radical opposition sector is once once more resorting to the script of violence; It is enough to recall extremist events of recent years in which their participation was clearly demonstrated.“, the statement said.
