Far-right militia leader sentenced for storming US Capitol – USA

Washington – The leader of the far-right militia “Oath Keepers” has been sentenced almost two years following the storming of the US Capitol. After several days of deliberation in the US capital Washington, a jury found Stewart Rhodes guilty of “seditious conspiracy” – a crime that has only very rarely been recognized in the country’s judicial history.
