On October 19, a foreign car hit a person in Novocheboksarsk. Preliminarily, the accident occurred at 17:17 near the Zavod Zhelezobeton stop. The pedestrian was 56 years old.
“I crossed the road from the unlit side of the road in dark clothes and previously outside the pedestrian crossing, diagonally towards the stop. It was also lightly raining and, according to the driver, he might not notice the pedestrian in time, since only half of the road from the side of the car was illuminated,” – explained in the telegram channel.
