A new drama occurred on the roads this weekend. A young man has indeed lost his life on the road from Wallonia to Ghlin this Saturday around 3am. Two vehicles are involved in the drama according to our colleagues from Sudpresse. The collision would have taken place near the Bustiau bridge where a vehicle, coming from a perpendicular street, would have struck that of the victim. The victim’s car eventually hit a tree.
Quickly on the scene, this night from Friday to Saturday around 3 a.m., the Mons firefighters could not do anything to save the victim. The other occupants of the vehicles had already got out of their cars when help arrived. Following the tragedy, the Mons prosecutor’s office was dispatched to the scene.
