A 28-year-old man had such a bad accident on Sunday followingnoon in the Great Walser Valley that he died as a result.
According to initial information, the 28-year-old started to overtake a truck around 4 p.m. shortly before the sawmill on Faschinastraße. During the overtaking maneuver, he may have skidded and collided with another car in the oncoming lane. The 28-year-old was so badly injured in the head-on collision that he died at the scene of the accident. There were four people in the other car, two of whom suffered minor injuries. The others were unharmed.
