“Feeling” appears first thing in the morning! Al-Manar TV website – Lebanon

Cancerous tumors become more resistant to treatments the longer they remain. Unfortunately, finding cancer early is easier said than done because symptoms are often vague.
Fatigue embodies the nonspecific nature of cancer symptoms.
Cancer Research UK explains: “Fatigue means feeling very weak, tired and lacking in energy. It could be a symptom of the cancer itself or a side effect of treatment.”
Stress can have many causes and most of them are benign – such as spending long hours at work.
However, there are some clear signs that your stress is cancerous.
According to Cancer Research UK, ‘difficulty getting up in the morning’ could indicate that you are suffering from cancer-related fatigue.
Other signs include:
• Lack of energy – you may just want to stay in bed all day.
• Sleep problems such as inability to fall asleep or disturbed sleep.
• Feeling anxious, sad or depressed.
• Pain in your muscles – you may find it difficult to climb stairs or walk short distances.
• Shortness of breath after doing small tasks, such as showering or making your bed.
• You find it difficult to focus, even just watching TV or talking to a good friend.
• Difficulty thinking clearly or making decisions easily.
• Loss of interest in doing the things you normally enjoy.
• Negative feelings towards yourself and others.
General symptoms of cancer
As a general rule, it’s important to be aware of any new or worrisome symptoms.
The NHS explains: “Although it is not likely to be cancer, it is important to speak to a GP so they can investigate. Detecting cancer early means it is easier to treat.”
It is recommended that you speak to a GP if you notice these changes and they persist for three weeks or more:
• Abdominal pain.
• blood in your stools.
• Diarrhea or constipation for no apparent reason.
• Feeling that your bowels are not completely emptied after going to the toilet.
• Pain in your stomach or back.
• Your stools are loose, pale, or greasy.
• Bloating.
