A 29-year-old disabled man in a wheelchair was arrested for the fifth time in just over a year accused of trying to steal from a van in the General Bustos neighborhood of the city of Córdoba, police sources indicated.

Luciano Daniel Domínguez was captured on Wednesday around 9 p.m. following damaging the rear left window of a Ford EcoSport parked in Cortázar at 1154. They kidnapped a screwdriver, although he was unable to steal it.

The criminal has an extensive history that began at least in June of last year:

• June 10, 2022: arrested for stealing cars with alarm jammers in General Bustos.
• June 12, 2022: apprehended, once more, but in General Paz trying to open cars.
• July 31, 2022: arrested for breaking a car window in General Paz.
• September 11, 2023: captured for stealing the stereo from a car, following damaging a glass. It happened in Cura Brochero and Alem, in Talleres Este.
