Chihuahua— The State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) completed an arrest warrant once morest Orismar ZH, under the charge of aggravated kidnapping, to the detriment of Rodolfo Humberto AA, committed on July 14 of this year.
The capture was carried out through elements of the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in Strategic Operations of the Central Zone, following an investigation that provided a Control Judge with sufficient evidence to grant an arrest warrant.
Orismar ZH, 19 years old, was arrested when she was walking through the streets 2 de Abril and Prof. María Guadalupe López, in the Altos de Chavira neighborhood, in the city of Camargo.
The accused was presented at an imputation formulation hearing and is waiting for a date to be set for the trial connection hearing.
According to data from criminal case 1895/2022, the 28-year-old victim had been in Aldama, where he was last seen.
The family was contacted by the kidnappers to demand an amount of money in exchange for returning it.
The exchange was agreed in the parking lot of a shopping center located on the Chihuahua-Aldama highway, however, the criminals suspended communication.
On June 22, through an operation, the victim’s body was located, which had been clandestinely buried in a place in Ojinaga.
It should be noted that the investigations continue to find the alleged accomplices of the detainee and the total clarification of the facts.
