Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb of Islamabad High Court heard the Tosha Khana 2 case against former first lady Bushra Bibi, lawyer Salman Safdar appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner.
During the hearing in the court, lawyer Salman Safdar took the position that on September 9, the accountability court had ordered the transfer of the case, when he appeared on September 10, the Special Judge Central went on leave for a week.
He told the court that the case is scheduled for September 16 before Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand, Judge Shahrukh Arjumand has already excused himself from hearing the case in the Iddat case after two and a half months.
