Seekirchen (OTS) – Windhager Logistik GmbH (AWL) will today apply to the LG Salzburg to open bankruptcy proceedings, Windhager Zentralheiz Technik GmbH (AWP) and Windhager Zentralheiz GmbH (AWO) will today each apply to the LG Salzburg to open restructuring proceedings without Apply for self-administration. It can be assumed that the LG Salzburg, as the responsible insolvency court, will open the proceedings on Monday, January 8, 2024.
The foreign holdings of Windhager Switzerland, Germany and Italy are not affected by the application.
Intensive negotiations already underway with investors have not been successfully concluded to date.
Windhager Managing Director Stefan Gubi on the current situation: “We are continuing discussions with possible investors in order to ensure the continuation of the company. We are making every effort to ensure continued operations as best as possible within the framework of insolvency law.”
