Film critics awards 2022

462nd Kerala Film Critics Awards announced. Srilal Devaraj, Prema P. The best films are ‘Headmaster’ directed by Rajeev Nath and ‘B 32 to 44’ directed by Shruti Saranyam, produced by Thekek.

Mahesh Narayanan was chosen as the best director for the movie ‘Aariip’. Kunchacko Boban won the Best Actor for his performances in the films Annoet, Nna Than Kes Kod and Pakalum Pathiravum. Best Actress is Darshana Rajendran (Film: Jaya Jaya Jaya Hai, Male Ghost).

Veteran director and screenwriter KP Kumaran will be awarded the Film Ratnam Award in recognition of overall contributions. Kamal Haasan won the Critics Ruby Jubilee Award. Shobhana, Vineeth, Vijayaraghavan, screenwriter Gayatri Ashokan, Mohan D. Kurichi will be honored with the film talent award.
