Koilandi (Kozhikode) ∙ The police have arrested young film director Jasik Ali (36) of Kuruvangad Kelambath in a case of molesting a minor girl. The complaint is that he was taken to many places and tortured saying that he would give him a chance in the film.

He was arrested a month and a half ago in the case of threatening the girl’s mother and was later released on bail. In the meantime, the police got the information that the girl was raped.
