People will be able to go out after 10 pm “for the needs of their dog, within a maximum radius of one kilometer around their residence or whatever takes their place”.
These nocturnal walks had been abolished when the decree on the curfew was published, which was reinstated by Quebec on December 31.
The Ministry of Health and Social Services had justified this deletion by the fact that the curfew began at 10 p.m., against 8 p.m. last year.
