The GMT Publishing Club organizes events bringing its members closer to watch brands and creates limited series for them each year (for example with Alpina, Bulgari, Montblanc, Zenith).
To accompany and commemorate the publication of the Millennium Watch Book on chronographs, we wanted to create for our members and readers a limited series of chronographs for collectors on a festive theme. Flytrack Cocktail Timer: the art of watchmaking and the art of cocktails
The effects of dissolving ice vary depending on the duration of dissolving, the amount of ice used, and the specific cocktail recipe. The art of mixology consists in balancing these factors to create a sensory experience and cocktails of your choice fruity, strong, balanced or floral.
As the ice melts, it adds water to the cocktail, implying a diluting effect on the flavors and strength of the drink, which can be beneficial for some cocktails, for example by toning down strong alcohol or allowing the flavors of the ingredients to blend harmoniously.
Flavor balance: Dissolving ice can help balance the flavors of a cocktail, as sweet and sour ingredients can be softened by dilution, while sweeter ingredients can be heightened. Valuable for creating a more harmonious and balanced flavor profile in a fruity cocktail.
Flavor release: Some cocktails, such as floral cocktails, can benefit from the release of the flavors of the ingredients as the ice melts. Influenced by the melting of the ice, the temperature of the drink releases the essential oils and the fragrances of the ingredients, which intensifies the aromas and adds an olfactory dimension to the cocktail.

The main features of the watch are:
« Time only » : black ceramic rotating peripheral hour disc with individual numeral of each watch in luminescent orange, just like the hour index at 6 o’clock in the tradition of Singer Reimagined. Minutes and seconds are indicated by the two central hands.
Chronograph on request : activating the pusher at 2 o’clock activates the seconds hand to measure short times, in this case the time it takes for the ice to dissolve in the cocktail, as many times as necessary, without interfering with the precision of the watch . By keeping the pusher pressed, the seconds hand remains stationary, allowing it to be released responsively at the desired moment.
Exclusive caliber : stemming from the famous AgenGraphe 6361 movement, winner of the GPHG, the AG6364 caliber incorporates new components designed for the reset-to-zero system at the heart of the Flytrack Cocktail Timer. By pressing the reset button, the rocker releases the clutch which disengages. The rocker also acts as a reset hammer by depressing a cam. By releasing the pusher, the rocker returns to its initial position and re-engages the system to restart the seconds hand.
