Fire consumed facilities of the old Koma

Citizens reported the event following midnight this Saturday.

The facilities of the old Koma Hypermarket -located on Neverí de Unare II street, Puerto Ordaz- caught fire, following 12:00 am this Saturday.

The report was made by several citizens and they took pictures of the burning establishment. However, at that time they did not see authorities or firefighters at the site.

This place has been abandoned for several years and was currently a homeless shelter.

No further details have been known regarding the possible causes that originated the flames; There is also no information on possible injuries.

The authorities have not ruled on the matter.
