A fire broke out on Thursday afternoon in low vegetation in Poisses area in Tzia.
According to the Fire Department, the fire broke out shortly after 16:30 and a volunteer vehicle is operating at the scene, while 4 aircraft and 1 helicopter are providing assistance from the air.
Also, as it became known, a fire truck with 4 firefighters is going to the island by ferry.
At the same time, it was sent message from 112 to residents’ mobile phonesrecommending that they be on hand.
