At 20.24 the alarm came in. When the emergency services arrived at the villa ten minutes later, it was full of smoke. A small fire was quickly found, but it was soon realized that it had spread in several places.
– It was thought that it was under control, but it now seems that it may have spread to the wind, said Daniel Asp, officer on duty at the rescue service in Östra Götaland, at 9 pm in the evening.
Several fires have occurred in the construction of the house and it will now be a total loss.
The extinguishing work is expected to continue for some time on Thursday.
