The Court ruled in favor of El Hadji Tanor Gning in his dispute with the Senegal Television Broadcasting Company (TDS SA) and its General Director, Nafissatou Diouf. Indeed, the Court ordered Ms. Diouf to reinstate El Hadji Tanor Gning in his position as Deputy General Director of TDS SA.
