Asunción, IP Agency.- The Ministry of Justice plans the installation of integrated regional headquarters, called Houses of Justice, that house in one place institutions such as the Civil Status Registry, the Identification and Identification Department, and Peace Courts, among others.
For this purpose, Minister Ángel Barchini visited a facility belonging to the Ministry of Justice, located in the district of Cambyretá, department of Itapúa. The property is wasted and the work has been unfinished for about 15 years.
The visit to the site was carried out with the accompaniment of the general director of the Civil Status Registry, Rigoberto Zarza, authorities of the Municipality of Cambyretá and departmental councilors, reported the Ministry of Justice.
From the visit a firm commitment emerged to carry out coordinated management and work that would allow the first House of Justice to be operational this year. Minister Barchini gave the order to begin the procedures this Monday.
The land owned by the Ministry of Justice will be for the use of the Civil Status Registry, where the model of integrated institutions will be used in order to benefit citizens and optimize public spending.
