First Leg Final: Tigres vs. América Match Highlights and Recap

2023-12-15 05:21:16

Tigres and América manage to give a great first leg final at the University Stadium, because in a round-trip duel they showed why they are the two most powerful teams in recent years.

With goals from Henry Martín from a penalty in the 51st minute, for América, and from Ozziel Herrera in the 71st minute for the Tigres, the score ended 1-1 and now everything will be decided in the second leg next Sunday at the Azteca Stadium.

The Eagles at times took over the round and seemed more insistent on seeking the result in their favor, but they did not have the proper aim and that caused the score to remain tied.

Henry Martín, Julián Quiñones and Miguel Layún were the most insistent players on the visiting side, having a couple of arrivals each.
