Los Angeles County Fire Department units were called to the area of South La Brea Avenue and Slauson Avenue at 1:40 pm, near Ladera Park. The incident was initially reported to be a fire, but upon arrival officers discovered that at least three vehicles had collided in the area causing the fire, according to LACoFire.
