Dubai: Monkey pox has been confirmed in five more people in the UAE. This brings the number of confirmed cases to 13. The UAE Ministry of Health and Immunization said two former patients had been cured.

Authorities said the public should follow precautionary measures and the government has taken necessary steps once morest the disease and there is no need to fear.
