by Alexandra Hartman Editor-in-Chief

Five people were massacred on Tuesday night in Orito, Putumayo. According to preliminary reports, it seems that an armed group – still unidentified – entered a house and fired indiscriminately.

The events would have occurred around 8:30 pm on December 13 in the neighborhood known as La Esperanza, near an oil well. Four of the victims died at the scene and another reached to be transferred to a care center where he died due to the seriousness of his injuries.

At the moment there is no official pronouncement on this fact, however, witnesses told Blu Radio that there is a drug store in the area.
