five years in prison required

The defendant had met one of the two young girls on Facebook and had invited her and her friend to his home on April 14, 2018. The defendant and his guests were listening to music and laughing together when he had imposed touching on the two young girls and an act of penetration to one of them.

Tied to a chair

After having put them in confidence by claiming to be the cousin of the father of one of the victims, the defendant had tried to undress his two guests. He had threatened them with death. One of them had been tied to a chair before undergoing an act of penetration.

The two young girls had denounced the facts the same day, but the defendant had disputed them, claiming to have adopted a protective behavior.

The prosecution highlighted the defendant’s background and his state of legal recidivism before requesting a five-year prison sentence accompanied by a release to the court for the enforcement of sentences.

The defence, Me Pacolet, requested acquittal or a sentence accompanied by a suspended probation.

Judgment will be delivered on March 31.
