The affectations by contagions in workers of the airlines continue today, although to a lesser extent, compared to past days, because according to figures from the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) are registered 39 canceled flights of the companies Aeroméxico Group Y Viva Aerobus.
It was specified that in the case of the first company there are 34 operations with damages to destinations such as Mexicali, Mérida and Cancun.
In Viva Aerobus there are five flights canceled that had as a route the cities of Guadalajara and Chihuahua.
Faced with this situation, the Federal Consumer Prosecutor’s Office (Profeco) asked the airlines to report one day in advance the operations that will be affected due to contagions in the crews.
Until last night there were 234 workers of the entire workforce of Aeroméxico Group Y Aeromar infected with covid-19 in crews, which were stable and recovering from their homes.
