Al-Marsad newspaper: Documented a video clip, torrential waters and heavy rains sweeping Al-Ula at dawn today, causing the streets to sink.

And the video monitored, torrents were holding vehicles in the streets that were filled with heavy rain water.

The National Center of Meteorology had issued an alert regarding the exposure of the Madinah region to raised dust, thunderstorms, and activity in the surface winds, which leads to a low level of horizontal visibility.
