The Praille footballers will resume training long after the others. In the Swiss Football League, the recovery will take place between June 10 and 21. Check out friendlies.

When returning to training to prepare for the 2022-2023 season, not all clubs are equal. There are the Labor Stakhanovists and the lucky ones. In the first category, we will put FC Zurich, whose players will be the first to return to work long before everyone else.

The new coach (which remains to be defined) of the Swiss champion will discover his new team on June 10 already. An early recovery which can also be explained by the European commitment of the Zurich club, which will enter the second round of qualifying for the Champions League.

Of the 20 clubs making up the Swiss Football League (SFL), nine of them have chosen the date of June 13 to start sweating. This will not be the case for the LS and Yverdon players, who will benefit from an additional 48 hours of vacation…

We jostle in Crans-Montana

Last to return to the stadium, Servette will begin, for its part, its preparation from June 21 only. On that day, the “garnet” club will take up its summer quarters in Crans-Montana where the Genevans will stay until June 25. Servette will not be alone on the Haut-Plateau. It is also the destination chosen by FC Sion (from June 15 to 25) and Grasshopper (from June 27 to July 1).

Before the resumption of the championship, fixed for July 15, 16 and 17, it will be the period of friendly matches, most of which have already been fixed. At the time of the first outings, we will note an impressive series of derbies in French-speaking Switzerland, in particular a reunion of the Rhône which we hope will be friendly between Sion and Servette in an undisclosed location, as well as a tasty Lausanne – SLO planned for this same 25 June.
