For festivals, the side effects of the pandemic are felt

We would have almost forgotten it, and yet: here we are on the threshold of the first post-pandemic summer, without gauge or health restrictions for festival-goers. Aurélien Djakouane is a sociologist, co-author of the study “SoFEST! social and territorial footprint of festivals”, which draws the contours of the effects of festivals on territories and society. Emmanuel Moser (known as Manu Moser) is the programmer of the Chaux-de-Fonnier La Plage des Six Pompes festival. Both give us their view and their assumptions regarding the 2022 season.
