In the audio shared by Rodríguez, Neumann is heard saying: “The number one issue in being able to receive the support of the Foreign Commonwealth Office (British Foreign Ministry), which they have already identified for us, is that they are not going to support us as long as we continue with the official line that we want to seize the Essequibo of Guyana”.
In addition, in the sound shared by Jorge Rodríguez on his X account, Guaidó’s former ambassador can also be heard saying that she spoke about this topic with the Lima Group.
