Party members: Ha Cong Card, former Provincial Party Committee member, former Secretary of Mai Chau District Party Committee, Hoa Binh province; Nguyen Xuan Thanh, Provincial Party Member, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, former Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, former Chairman of the People’s Committee of Tu Son town, Bac Ninh province and Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, former Provincial Party member, former Bi Secretary of the Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Finance of Bac Ninh province has degraded in terms of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, violating the things party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example; violating the Party’s regulations and the State’s laws in the management and use of land, and the performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks, causing very serious consequences, pressing public opinion in the society, adversely affecting the prestige of party organizations and local authorities.

Pursuant to the Party’s regulations, the Central Inspection Committee proposed the Secretariat to consider and discipline party members Ha Cong The, Nguyen Xuan Thanh and Nguyen Van Hai.
