According to information from Entertainment Tonight, Hilary Rhoda filed for a restraining order last October. A judge has also preserved it in recent days.

This prevents Avery from having contact with his three-year-old son and his ex-wife.

Rhoda alleges that her ex-husband would have already entered her home without telling her. Avery reportedly even lay in her bed and he refused to leave, despite the fact that she begged him to.

The 43-year-old man was reportedly seen “several times a day” prowling near Hilary Rhoda’s house.

She also recounted another incident that allegedly took place in June 2022.

“Sean got upset because our son was waking up sick in the middle of the night. He yelled at me in front of Nash to get the “f… of Nash’s meds”, then he punched Nash’s bedroom wall and then our bedroom door. Nash witnessed it, he got scared and grabbed hold of me,” Rhoda said in a quote on Entertainment Tonight.

“Sean then followed me into the kitchen as I tried to take Nash’s medication. He ripped off the cabinet door and stuck my finger between the open cabinet and the wall. I was petrified by Sean and his physical and aggressive behavior,” she added.

Hilary Rhoda and Sean Avery were married from 2015 to 2022.
