Fortnite players have criticized Epic Games for constantly using three similar textures for in-game skin styles.
Fortnite returns to its roots with the OG Chapter 4 season which paid off in spectacular fashion, with over 44 million players in a single day, a true record.
Epic Games’ Developer Update continues to add nostalgic elements from Chapter 1 with numerous mid-season updates.
However, not all of the changes have been well-received by the Fortnite community. Many fans heavily criticized Epic after the age restrictions on various skins, which quickly led them to announce that they would be reviewing the new feature.

Now, longtime Fortnite fans are pointing out that Epic continues to use the ” same three textures » for all skins released in the game.

Fortnite player Mikee369 spoke on Reddit to criticize Epic with an image saying: “ Epic when they realized they could edit their skins with the same 3 textures ».

The post was accompanied by a series of screenshots of similar Fortnite skin styles and other images reflecting the three textures in question, with a background made of banknotes.

The post, titled: “ Did the CEO himself make them? » has received over 16,000 upvotes since its publication and hundreds of comments from Fortnite fans giving their opinions.
