“We don’t let censorship measures get us down – we are represented on many social media platforms”
Vienna (OTS) – For days there have been no new videos on the extremely successful FPÖ-TV YouTube channel with over 194,000 subscribers. “The FPÖ TV YouTube channel was lovingly built up by us over a period of ten years to show what the mainstream keeps silent regarding. We probably became too uncomfortable for the powerful, the elites and the system because we put our fingers in the wounds with our videos and reach hundreds of thousands of people month following month,” said Kickl.
“Social media would actually have every opportunity to make political discourse more democratic and pluralistic. However, if this position of power is abused for one-sided and possibly politically motivated censorship steps, it is extremely dangerous and sad at the same time. I strongly reject and strongly condemn these censorship measures. Nevertheless, we will not let ourselves be defeated and I hope that the ban will be lifted once more soon, ”emphasized Kickl, who also expressly referred to numerous other social media platforms.
“From Facebook to TikTok – we are represented everywhere. Please stop by there and get our content there, because it is always better to stand on several feet than on one,” Kickl appealed to the users of the FPÖ-TV YouTube channel, to the liberal electorate and to the numerous FPÖ sympathizers , to whom he especially recommended the telegram channel “FESTUNG ÖSTERREICH”. “Let’s not let it get us down,” said the FPÖ federal party chairman in his video message.
