ÖVP Interior Minister Karner might ban “Dar al Janub” immediately
Vienna (OTS) – The Viennese FPÖ club chairman Maximilian Krauss describes the fact, revealed today by the Kronenzeitung, that the Islamist and anti-Semitic organization “Dar al Janub” has its headquarters in a municipal building in Vienna as an “unbelievable scandal”. “Once once more it shows that the Ludwig SPÖ tolerates and sometimes even supports Islamist activities in Vienna. The FPÖ has been criticizing these dangerous developments for years and has been proven right,” said Krauss, who calls on the SPÖ to immediately draw the consequences and throw this association out of the municipal building.
The fact that the ÖVP in particular “warns” once morest this association is an open criticism of its own interior minister. “ÖVP-Karner would have the opportunity to have this organization banned. So far, however, he has remained completely inactive in this case and the criticism from the Vienna ÖVP is therefore hypocritical,” said Krauss.
