Changes in immigration policy will change the situation drastically

Vienna (OTS) – Hardly a day goes by without new horror reports from the Praterstern.
“But instead of recognizing these drastic warning signs and finally making this important traffic junction safer, those responsible in the city and district have consistently stuck their heads in the sand and even downplayed the dangers. That’s irresponsible!” Angered Leopoldstadt FPÖ chairman LABg Wolfgang Seidl.

Once again, Seidl recalls the fact that Vienna even pays social benefits to people without a right of residence: “Instead of taking these people out of the country, the City of Vienna lures problem cases without a right of residence in Austria to Vienna with gifts of money.”
A liberal handwriting is also needed in federal politics in order to finally enable harsher penalties and faster deportations for criminals. “It’s about looking for solutions without ideological blinders that will enable people to frequent the Praterstern again without fear for their belongings and even their physical integrity. It is certainly not enough to reject every suggestion made by your political opponent without thinking twice, without presenting any of your own ideas,” concludes Seidl.
