Franz Rauecker was born in 1962 in the Mühlviertel. He has been working at the Hartheim Institute for 41 years and has a positive influence on the residents’ everyday lives. He was never afraid of contact with people with disabilities. “The people entrusted to us and their needs should always come first,” says Rauecker. He came into contact with the institute right at the beginning of his military service in Hörsching.
